He has a very valid excuse this week, because no club can recruit well without a manager. It's an absolute shambles to again be ending a transfer window with no one in charge.
But there is no excuse for 3 weeks of inactivity while the team went into a crisis of form, and the manager lost his job. There is no excuse when there was a 6 week break to plan for this window, and we knew since 1 July that we needed to sign proper replacements for Richarlison.
