Just seems a weird move.

Our youth teams are the best they've been in years, in part due to Sheeds hard work, and we're going in the best direction since the 80's, seems a very unusual time for him to move on.

Wish him all the best regardless.

Yeah, I don't get this. I thought he may be retiring due to health issues. To see he's moved on somewhere else doesn't sit right with me......nonetheless, I hope it all goes well Kevin, one of our greatest players.....

It's only weird if he wasn't sacked.

He's been pushed out, which is a disgrace given his work with U18s.
 

There seems to be alot going on behind the scenes with regard to the youth setup .who actually is heading up the academy at the moment
 

Or, and more likely, he got offered a once in a life time chance to develop players in another country and the club reluctantly gave him their blessing to take it
No I was told a week before it was announced that he'd been sacked and was very upset about it. If you look at the way the information was released and the club's lack of comment it's glaringly obvious something isn't right.
