I think the appointment of Thelwell (under the guidance of Cahill) was the 1st step of Moshiri completely backing off and letting the DOF run things from top to bottom.

Few years too late in some fans eyes but I think once we get over the hurdle of the Walsh/Brands FFP waste the club will head in the right direction under this new DOF.

Seems to have a plan at least.

If it means we actually get a philosophy and way of playing throughout the entire playing squads of the club, and not just letting unsworth do what he wants and only pick his favourites, then I’m all for it. The school of science really is on its way back hopefully.
