He was never really that good, was he? He was decent at best, but would never, ever had got into a top five team's starting xi.

At his peak he would walk into the current side ahead of Bolasie,
Not exactly a high bar.....
Neither Mirallas or Bolasie are good enough for a team with aspirations of top 5, Or ever were.
Let’s hope for a new era of better recruitment.
Again he was an important part of our side that finished.....top 5.
Crap now but he wasn’t when he first came.
Again, we’ll have to disagree. From day one he was a championship level player with occasional glimpses of something better. That’s all.

I'd say more Aberdeen / Kilmarnock myself.Poor Kev.
Stoke/West Ham you go
Been angling for a move for 2 years now. Gets one and then can't even turn it on for a Greek side (where he's admired). He'll be Mo Besicking us along with other lazy Blues (Garbutt, Schneiderlin, Mirallas, Besic) - we're breeding them now.
Genuinely think it's just down to his legs going. Could imagine him to be a moody git in the dressing room but on the pitch he usually put a shift in. Maybe that wasn't the case in recent times but as I said, I think that's more down to injuries catching up with him.
The player we sold you we admired. The one you returned to us.. not so much..
