I said that when Mirallas was a threat in the first half that Koeman would sub him.

Koeman is self-sacrificing to get himself the sack.

Lot of people i work with said mirallas looked like our best player last night. I've been impressed with effort in most of the games he's used he just never gets a chance.

I really really hope him and vlasic get a chance on the wings, even if kev is frustratingly inconsistent, at least it brings a semblance of balance to the formation.

In his career he has played centre forward many times....he would bring lots of pace to the position , I thought he showed good effort last night.
Give him a few games there , we might at least look threatening.

Inconsistent but at least he offers something of an attacking threat and doesn't just go through the motions like sigurdsson and schneiderlin in particular do.

I'm so tired of hearing about this inconsistent bullshit, every player we have is inconsistent. Problem is Mirallas is consistently put back on the bench every time he performs well. Then he get another 30 minutes a month later and he's not good. What a shock, players need to play football to find consistent form and Mirallas haven't played consistently for years. Unlike our other players, Mirallas only needs one bad game to be the managers scapegoat

Plays on Thursday and looks good, came on against brighton and pretty much got us back in the game and could have won it for us. But instead he chooses to play sig or rooney in his position.
