Sorry, didn't make myself clear. My point is they all played the bulk of their Everton careers under Martinez, and in Barkley and Mirallas' cases they seem to have difficulty adjusting to Koeman's style, shall we say. Lukaku we know was always on his way out unless we got Champs' league.

Not blaming Moyes at all, quite the opposite really - the Moyes boys still left in the team, Jags, Baines, and Coleman, have all been model pros.
