...Koeman's clearly not happy with the player and we know how ruthless he is in getting players out. The problem is that Mirallas has gone on record as saying his family is very settled in the area so it might take something to move him on, especially with just 4 days 5 hours left of the window.

It does explain the 'loan' rumour. I doubt the club would normally entertain such a deal but might do in the circumstances.

A lot of waxing lyrical about Kev and Ross after that horror first half show today. In reality Kev is finished at premier league level. Penaltygate and that sending off minutes after coming on should have finished him off. He's not capable of what he did against spurs and stoke a few years back.

As for Ross..... I guess we'll find out if he is the great inimga soon enough

I understand his frustration. He came alive in the 2nd half against Split and Lookman was really starting to struggle. He should have never been taken off. It all makes sense why he wasn't in the team selection today or Thursday as I was almost positive he would start in both.

Casual glance at Transfermarkt suggests the three games between Feb 25th and March 11th, 2017: Assists against Sunderland and Spurs, and a goal against WBA.

Not going to make excuses for him, 4 goals and six assists in 37 appearances last season (totalling 2100 minutes) is not good enough. In fact, his stats were better the season before Koeman arrived. Having said that, if he is on the way out then we need to bring in a better player... and goalscoring wingers are not exactly easy to find. He was excellent in our last Europa League campaign and I would be looking to keep him in order to make sure the squad is deep enough to compete on several fronts - we're already pretty short of wingers. Very disappointed to hear that he has allowed his attitude to slip, and consequently hurt the team.

Tbf Mirallas gets messed around a bit. He's a snide and a grafter when on blob- he should of been used at some point in previous matches, as he is a match winner and certainly more pacy than most. Koeman needs to stop airing the laundry in public. He keeps falling out with players or slagging them off- there's authoritive then there's just being a arrogant and aloof.
