Agree with that, but then I think Barkley is much the same. He's not a midfielder imo, he's an attacker.

I do think Ross, Ronald in fact the whole team went through a bad patch between September to mid December but now as they learn and know each other more [tactics, habbits and how things work on the pitch], we just click. Looking forward to the future and Evertonians shall have more to look for.

Anelka won the prem with 2 different teams, probably not the best example when saying no room for moody footballers in prem teams looking to win stuff.

how many times was he moved on, how many clubs in total did he have, he's probly the best example of a moody footballer who no one wanted at the club.

im hoping kev has found a new lease of life with us under koeman, but ive thought this about him 5 or 6 times now over the seasons, and he drifts in and out of form. we need consistency with him.

That was possibly Kev's finest hour (Or 64 minutes) in a blue shirt....Goals win games and the assist for Rom and his finish just after HT were both massive in a game that before then could of swayed either way...After the 2nd goal we were..To a man...Simply fantastic.

Mirallas has worked really hard this season, its just a lot of his work hasnt paid off.

He has done my head in for years as I never understood the love in for him but I am actually beginning to like him more this season. I think like a few of our players the frustration comes from the fact that we all know the talent is there.

They all are. His work rate is fantastic, they're as fit as they've been in years.

...contract must be counting down now, I wonder if a new one will be offered or if he might be happy to run this one down and look for a lucrative Bosman.

Interesting. Contract ends at the end of next season. Wonder what we will do with him. My gut says he'll fancy somewhere else for a swan song.

to be fair this is a very valid point. now that they are all 15% fitter the form should come with it. lets hope so.

perhaps its taken till now to reach the optmum fitness levels that koeman wants and we should see all our first teamers playing better and more consistantly

...I suspect if there's no offer soon it means we are looking to move him on but it wouldn't surprise me if his preference is to run this deal down. I suppose much depends on how settled he and his family is at Everton.
