Kevin Mirallas: Everton can make Premier League top four

I think it's possible we finish fourth if:

1) We stop dropping points to bottom table clubs. Not saying we'll win them all but we need to get quite a few.

2) Need to take more points than we normally do off the upper table clubs. Our record against them has been poor, home and away. Especially Liverpool. Need maximum points off them this season.

3) Avoid major injuries. Basically Lukaku. I think we're ok in most other positions on the pitch but like it was said earlier, if Lukaku goes down, the goals will dry up.

I know you have probably been asked this a million times Swisso, but in situations like tomorrow where we are short would it be an option to bring Lundstram into the squad? Do u think he could handle being called upon in an emergency?

He might be able to do a job in the best 11 we could field, where his shortcomings would be dampened to some effect, but if we stuck him in a weak 11 and asked him to sit alongside Osman, for example, I'd fear the worst

Placing 4th isn't about having a better 11 or squad than the usual suspects; its about dropping fewer points against every other team in the league.

Norwich, West Brom, and Cardiff were 6 points dropped, but if we can sustain, there is no reason we can't finish 4th with the Manchesters dropping points they have no business dropping.

Disagree, last season we beat United, City, Spurs, and drew with Liverpewl and Arsenal. Only team to beat us at home was Chelsea, who we have already beaten this season at home.

Away arguably, but we still drew to arsenal, spurs and liverpool.
