In the planning application it states that none of the Everton board want to sell their shares and that the club is not available for sale.

It is an essential part of the planning application and it will be an essential part of the public inquiry.

Everton need to prove that all other options have been looked at, they need to prove (or at least make out) that Kirkby is the only option available and that they can only ever get a new ground if somebody gives them 52million pound for free.

The idea of Everton being up for sale now, or in the recent past, is complete nonsense.

When Bill says he is looking for investment 24/7 he means just that, i.e investment NOT A TAKEOVER.

It will come out at the inquiry, but make no mistake, Everton are NOT for sale, and that is why other clubs have been bought and we have not.

It is speculation that Kenwright remortgaged his house to buy Everton.

Even if he did, remortgaging your house is absolutely no real big deal, especially when you are doing it in order to take control of one of the biggest premier league football clubs in Britain.

Do you know how many people remortgage there house every day in britain? well no, neither do I, but I do work for a company that provides remortgages all day long 6 days a week. EVERYBODY remortgages their house, it is often a very sensible thing to do, and people do it for a lot less than the purchase of a premier leagu club, going on holiday etc etc.

THE MERE FACT THAT HE SUPPOSEDLY HAD TO REMORTGAGE JUST UNDERLINES THAT HE IS FAR TOO SKINT TO OWN A FOOTBALL CLUB.

He is a disgrace because even though he has been in charge for so long, he hasn't even managed to make the club financially competitive with the minnows in Premier League. Not everyone has a rich backer, yet small-time clubs have spent more on players (and not just this summer).

Just because you are happy with how the club is run doesn't mean we all should be. This is not just the last two weeks, the problems have existed for years. Lying to fans, doing dirty tricks to fellow board members (FSF), failing to deliver King's Dock, keeping hold of incompetent employees for far too long, failing to improve income compared to other clubs (of course turnover is up - but that's because of Sky money) and so on and so on.

Okay so some people want Kenwright out doesn't matter if we think he's good bad or ugly, I'm getting pee'd off with all the waiting and watching for something to happen so did some googling and to take this to its conclusion:

Kenwright is 62 years old so I would be guessing that sometime in the next 10 to 15 years he'll be selling or giving the club although maybe his daughter or grand daughter might want to have a crack at it who knows.
