Wouldn't even blame him if he's stayed, his agent has played a blinder, we've been done by a few agents before haven't we, ahem, Mr Stretford. He got Everton to offer him a deal with, supposedly more money, then got Fulham to pay him more just to stay where he is bravo. Everton unhappy, Fulham kind of unhappy paying more than they wanted to for an older player, player, wife and family happy, big parish and not uprooting family from London, agent nice bonus.

Why? He said we had a verbal agreement which I’m sure we did. Nothing was signed and Fulham came back before anything was. Seems to me he reported accurately and some fans got a little too excited and are now overreacting to Fulhams counterpunch.

There are also hundreds of players that Moyes hasn’t signed twice. I’ll start to consider Coufal a possibly realistic signing when I see a single half credible link to him.

Now you can do your usual thing of hitting out, but what defines a credible link? They are fsr more reliable than most journos and Romano loves working for agents, so those links are as credible as any.

Never warmed to him tbh despite him getting player of the season. One of those players who pretended to be a tough tackler but you could see he never went fully in to win it. Was quite rightly replaced by someone who was 100% genuine on that score in phil jagielka.
Saying that one of the better dutch signings. We've had some shockers.

Would be a massive reality check if we couldn't get him over Fulham, would be a massive improvement on our current situation and we ain't going to have enough money to sign anyone as good unless we prioritise a RB which we won't.
