I loooooove sardines on toast I mash mine up and mix them up with ketchup then broil them on the toast!!! YUM!!

I don't get to do it very often though as Dylan sulks with me about the smell

My wife is the exact same, can't stand the smell of fish, she will eat salmon, but hates the smell of tinned sardines

She prefers tuna in brine or spring water to the real thing, if tinned I much prefer tuna in oil, more omega three in it so I'm told.
