Well his agent as come out today and said he's 100% off as the contract offered to him was crap and that he's definitely not going to Juve so it's a tussle between us and Chelsea which they are very likely to win.

I would of imagined Chelsea would of moved for him by now if they wanted him. This has all the hallmarks of Everton-slow process 
According to Koulibaly’s agent Bruno Satin, the player desires to leave the Naples club, citing ‘economic reasons’ as one of the key factors.
