Lets say @MoutsGoat is telling the truth.
1-- We would need to make a bid and Portuguese sides are notorious for leaking numbers to the press. So at the earliest a deal would be agreed today.
2-- After the bid is accepted i imagine there would be a face to face meeting with the player. This is assuming the agent has leaked info to us on what he expects and we are willing to pay it. That would, i imagine be tomorrow.
3-- Medical if done urgently and looking at our track record would be done on saturday leaving Carvalho to sign late on saturday afternoon or on Sunday.
Just guesswork but i think if nothings leaked today or latest 1st thing tomorrow then it wont happen.
