Even if it was a meeting there's absolutely no reason why he couldnt have been discussing about Johnson while he was there (at city), or that Everton reps were there doing so.

I don't know what's so hard to believe in Moyes trying to sign Johnson, but i don't think that's why he would have been at the Etihad
