Who was the better player last season mate?

Vic had a half decent season last year but he's also much older and more experienced that vellios. Vic will never have more than 5 or 6 goals a season in him (this is the guy who got 3 goals in 72 league games from 2007-2011) while Vellios in my opinion has the potential to be something better.

Anyway,,, RFUS is gona be so cross with you after you promised to stop spouting off til the end of the transfer window.... you broke your promise AGAIN......... and for the record mate, No I don't think Alan Stubbs would know what Man city pay Adam Johnson.

Yep. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he could well be a regular blue with a bit of info wanting to let other blues in on it.

Of course he isn't. He's an attention-craving egomaniac with grandiose fictional tales that would be hilarious if they weren't so annoying.

Even if you're right about everything ETID, you've shown no grace or tact, and will forever be know to all as a massive, massive pleb.

Good day.

Im properly in the minority i for one dont want aj at the club yeah dont get me wrong very talented footballer but the other side apparently he has a lot of off the field problems would we want that to harm our morale of the squad ... people will doubt my knowledge but i live near him seen for my self and also people that im in professional conta t with no more than me i see this deal as a no goer to be honest

To be fair he does have a reputation as a huge tit. I think Mancini's called him unprofessional loads of times.

Don't think anybody is saying vellios won't be a decent player, just that right now vic is better

btw it's 2012 now and vics scoring ratio is now much better because he is now more experienced and getting fitter

But he isn't. He just had the benefit of playing in a better team, vellios scored goals off the bench when we were struggling in autumn, Anichebe scored goals off the bench when we were thrashing teams 4-0 in spring.

And both were awful when started, Vellios at Fulham and Anichebe at Liverpool. It's just Vic will get yet another chance and Vellios won't.

hang on i only come on with updates nothing more and i am not looking for a pat on the back so there is no need to be like that with me

Compared to Drogba

When Drogba was 23/24 he scored 3 goals in 11 appearances... to following season at 24/25 he scored 17 goals in 34 appearances.

You know what I'm hoping for this season!

If freddie Kruger had his fingers to your ma's throat, while she had a roast on, and said I'm gunna knock a cross in now in the back yard and you need to pick Vellios or Victor to score it past your little bro or yer ma gets it. Who would ya pick?
