Joseph Yobo wants Everton FC future sorted out

He was injured, didn't want to play and then went on international duty DAYS later, knocks can heal within a few days, if he didn't want to risk it I don't see the problem at all.

so he wants to only play for them so even if we offer him to anyone else he can say no. i wanna play for Fenerbahçe. so in that case just get the best offer and let him go,

it kinder reminds me of Pienaar. hes told Spurs he only wants to play for us. so we could get him cheap. even tho Sunderland and Newcastle are sniffing around him.

He said he didn't want to play, left us up sh*t creek forcing Seamus Coleman to make his debut (at left back) against Angel Di Maria of all people...

...Before happily f*cking off on International duty a few days later, unscathed.

Tit.

I'm with Moyesie on this one, and you won't hear me say that often.

Yeah, this. I don't think I'll be able to forgive him after that.

We totally got bent over by Benfica after putting Coleman at left back like that. Di Maria was having a field day with us. One of the most painful matches I've watched us play.

Good defender just think we have better now! Still worth something though so don't sell on the cheap.

Just remembered the time when he was tying his boot laces when Andy Reid scored for Charlton against us in 06/07, cost us two points that day.

If he's that desperate to go can't he just buy himself out of his contract? Or would that mean he missed out on a pay off!!!

He was reluctant to play through the pain barrier according to a report I just googled. Well if I was being looked after by our physios back then I'd have been reluctant too, we seemed to have far too many reoccurring injuries around that time. 1 game compared to years of honest service, but you don't cross Davey once, or you're out.

Yeah, he was that 'reluctant to play through the pain barrier' for us, but less than a month later - without any games under his belt and still rehabbing his injury - flew to Nigeria and played 90 minutes for them. This is basically what spelt the end for him at Everton, it's been well-documented that Moyes never forgave him after that.

Why would they buy him if we keep loaning him?

Stop loaning him.

Exactly. If all we keep doing is loaning him year after year until his contract expires, we might as well just release him now and save on the wages we have to pay him during the summer. Ideally we sell him, but if they're being funny with us, we need to be funny with them. Loaning a player for 2 straight seasons, and still refusing to buy him is just ridiculous.

too right i would, these corrupt muppets are taking the mick and holding us to ransom, if we dont cave in someone else will take him, even on loan, aslong as its not these fellas

But let's be honest, we're poor, we NEED all the money we can get, having him sit in our reserves just adds to our problems.
