I hope this is the beginning of their decline and fall.
Probably started a few years before this but I get your point.

carpe diem BillyIf you were offered a job of a managerial roll at one of the biggest clubs in the world you not take it.
Wasn’t he a disaster at Cardiff? At least those two are experienced gaffers with a level of success. He a better choice than hughes or bruce!
The problem with interim managers is if they exceed expectations even just a little then they end up getting the gig, and the big plans the club may have had and needed to really start everything again get shelved
I left that for the police, well done constable.carpe diem Billy

Billy, you are a silly old goat at times! lolI left that for the police, well done constable.
Professional pride seemed to go out of the window when the big money came along, unfortunately the power seems to lie with the players these days which is so wrong on so many levels. the tail is now wagging the dog.I’m still of the opinion he’s a top manager but something went wrong in the changing room and the players downed tools... I believe they need to take a long hard look at themselves... whatever happened to professional pride ?? Even at the lowly level I played at I never always agreed with my managers but I would never give a half arsed performance or down tools ... my own pride would never allow that. Jose will move on and be successful elsewhere I’m sure but it will be interesting to see what happens to half of that team under a new manager.
Linton travel tavern next for when he takes over Norwich. His bill from staying at the Lowry was over half a mill apparently, not including food. That's a lot of porn.
He would be silly to go there. Spurs about to move into one of the best stadiums in the world, have the best squad in their history and are flying high in the league. He's got everything to stay for.I don’t think United are the massive club that they think they are these days if I’m honest. I don’t think Poch would go there.

It's a whole different level of reporting around them. Some one at United sneezes and the journalists get out the umbrellas claiming it's the worst storm in living history. The reaction from the media with major in-depth reporting on the general news , sky sports devoting a whole day to it and the print media and radio media the same . That tells you how a big a club they are to me .
