Hope they make a good decision with regard to the manager, a strong United helps keep Liverpool in check in the long term.

The Poch thing is totally up to him. If he wants to go Spurs can do nothing. I think it is possible he feels he's taken Spurs as far as he can given the backing he was given in the summer and moves on. Or he still wants to take Spurs to that next step and doesn't. No one knows but United would be dumb to not ask the question.
