I think that's a bit unfair. To be entirely honest, I see a lot of similarities between the two because he's a great shot stopper but has a brain fart or two in him.

If he can develop his maturity and consistency, which arguably Pickford has done, he'll be a top keeper.

He makes far more errors than Pickford does. There’s a lot of shots that beat him that you’d expect him to save.

Oh goodness I forgot about that. Unfortunately he's made a ton of mistakes against them, it's not a made up thing, it's real.

He's also had great games v them as well, that is also real, that Begovic save injury time was pretty good to be fair as well

Though that kick didnt help at all, no one forced Holgate to do what he did as he was basically side by side with the Palace player

I'd rather put the blame on Dyche not subbing Holgate before the inevitable happened. Every person watching knew that Holgate was going to make a stupid tackle, it's just what he does.

Plenty of blame to go around for that one, that each have to own their mistake and hopefully learn from it. Pickford has shown some capacity for that.
