Feel sorry for him. He got a lot of stick (rightly so) over the past few years, but this season he’s arguably been our best performer along side Gordon. Would be hard for any GK with the clowns that we have in defence and midfield.

I think he's crap personally. Being good for England means nothing because it's mostly him just playing against very poor opposition.

In reality, he has been good the last 15months for Everton, its just so very hard for some to admit it

Problem with Pickford is that he was absolute crap from blundering the Origi goal off the crossbar years ago to midway through the covid season and a lot of fans never forgave him and see him barking orders and it rubs them the wrong way where really he’s been very good for over a year now.
Also his distribution is outstanding - kicks some into touch when he’s trying things but some of the long balls over the top yesterday to Gordon and Richarlison in the first half were brilliant.

Yes agree, thought some of his kicks yesterday were some of the best I've seen him do

Johnstone will be at Everton if they go down.

Not sure where Pickford will end up.

In a 1v1 it's how many of them he's expected to save. So he has let in 2.42 that he is expected to have saved. Alisson has saved 7.79 more than he was expected to.
