I usually agree with you but @MKS is spot on. Was awful and look how we reacted to Son Heung Min, still do for what was essentially not 'as' bad a tackle or injury.
Mate Pickford watched the ball all the way, came out and spread himself like he usually does and I agree the coming together didn't look good but it wasn't intentional. Not into giving them horrible rats ammo for our players.

Deserves a ban, cause it truly was a bloody awful tackle.

Liverpool will lose him for the season, so fully expecting James to be crocked at Anfield.

I'm actually starting to feel sorry for the guy. Behind his faux bravado there seems to be so much going on in his head at the same time he is fighting a battle before he enters the pitch. Capable of brilliance / mediocrity dependant on surrounding events. Sad thing is, whilst there is pressure, I can't see this ever changing.. I like the guy, but can't see a future for him at Everton. He is not mentally weak, I believe there is no such thing, but lacking the mentality of an elite athlete. Would love him to prove me wrong.

Sorry isn't the word for me.

It's frustration, because yesterday you saw why Ancelotti persists with him, made some truly excellent saves. But the snapping of Van Dijk is atrocious and the Henderson goal is now a regular event now.

But he can be a good goalkeeper, but just gets it wrong nearly half the time. Two excellent saves matched by Two shockers.

People have made their minds up on him and they won’t change it ,fact. There’s fans here which would rather see him fail so they can see another keeper come In rather than see him do well and succeed at our club. Main thing is carlo is our manager and he keeps selecting him

Their are fair few haters who are refugees from the Dominic Calvert Lewin thread, suffice to say it's more than a coincidence. I'll happily play with the bitter blue tag ,however, for some it's a way of life...

I wouldn't wish anyone an injury. But that being said, I'm not particularly beat up about it
There's a difference there though, I'm not arsed about it, but gloating that out divvy of a keeper injured someone in a challenge he was lucky to stay on the field for isn't cool in my opinion.

The number of people celebrating someone getting injured is embarrassing.

Not celebrating injury , just that Van Winkle is a very big physical player who will happily play on the edge of what is acceptable in beating any opposing player, to drive his team forward in fact much of them over Park do. Nothing wrong in that because he came up against a Pickford today who is equal in that mentality and it's Van Winkle who comes worse off. That's football when it's one of ours...
