Jonjoe Kenny

Jonjoe 'Juninho Pernambucano' Kenny going for the 45-yard thunderbolt last night. Kin shambles of the lad, should be fitting tyres or unblocking somebodies toilet, but no, he's earning about 20k a week to humiliate the football club each and every week.

And let's pay particular attention to the manager who continuously selects him. I know Holgate is absolutely crap, but he is not worse than Kenny at right back, nor is Godfrey. And as for playing him at left back numerous times... I am at a complete loss for words when we've had Godfrey and Mykolenko available.

No, you can't. But we can't have this pathetic sentiment anymore anyway. He's not good enough and shouldn't play again for us, ever. Surely the U23s RB can't be any worse?

He single handedly cost us that game last night imo.
The thing is, this is EXACTLY what people said about Kenny isn't it? And - self evidently - they were wrong. It's just flawed logic, and he's pretty much the perfect example of why that's the case.

Not so much, Patterson maybe, but Kenny he's always been atrocious

The real sad thing is that Kenny will be someone that may well play every week for several years if we do go down to the Championship as he is one of the players on a contract that is even close to realistic for a club with our income.

We can't continue to reward mediocrity, its exactly that what has landed us in this situation

I agree but our finances may well dictate that we need to accept players such as Kenny in the Championship because we have handed out huge contracts to wasters.

I do wonder how many of the players signed in the last few years have relegation clauses in their contracts. If not, you can see a few players taking the Tosun route and refusing to leave until they have been paid every penny they are contractually entitled to and if so, that would kill us in the championship

Nah I disagree on Kenny, I don't want him in the team even in the championship, everything about his game is poor, positionally, attacking, defending, speed, strength, just doesn't have it to be a professional footballer.

Mykolenko was far better than him, sliding in winning balls, bombing up and down the wing, albeit lacked a bit of quality on some crosses but Kenny's only cross I can remember he mishit and actually hit the frame of the goal - he isn't good enough for the championship

I do agree with everything you said mate, just not expecting we will have much financial room to get rid of low cost bodies no matter how bad they are

If you`re not good enough for the SPL, you`re going to struggle in the Championship.

100% needs binning, along with most of the team.
