I think what's more worrying about a particular referees performance is what are the people who are supposed to be assessing the referees doing and why are there such confliciting opinions on what is a penalty and what isn't, if you push the ball past and opponent with the ball not under your control and then fall over them how is that a penalty ,if referees are given the correct directives from above and use the technology we have these days irrespective of what club you play for and administer sanctions against players /clubs who transgress we start moving football back in the right direction.
