We are probably valued higher, but as you say have lots of debt.

Per Forbes similar, but there's a lot of subjectivity to those valuations. Proof will be when the club is sold.

He'd be too expensive. We're not going to get piles of money to spend regardless of who takes over. Spurs will want about £40m for him.
