So using my O Level Maths, Textor hands over 650 million GBP to a total of four groups and gets back in return a PL football club and in three months gets a 700 million GBP new stadium too.

All he then needs to pay is the general club fit out of said new stadium.

We are actually valued similarly, but they obviously don't have an f ton of debt and their owners aren't in a 500 million equity hole.
