Don't want him to go but it seems likely that we will be unable to hold onto him if the clubs linked show their hand and out of Stones, Barkley and Lukaku his transfer would, imo, cause the least disruption to the team.

We should leave things till after the Euros...if he has a great tournament then his price will be huge...a poor one and we may get to keep him

Lukaku and Stones will be gone 100% if we don't get top 4, even then it will be hard to keep them.

So if they want to go there is no point messing about, get them sold early, bring in the 100m, looking at the quality players Martinez has brought in recently, 100m could buy us a lot of talent.

They were just selling him on that weird programme where fat journos eat toast. To be fair though I kind of agree with what they were saying, we can't not let him join Barca or Real if they come calling, having denied him a transfer last summer, this season was our chance to show him (and others) that we are progressing, we haven't done that, so he deserves a big move this summer.
