Well, Germany would have them all playing together for the Under 21's. Learning to win TOGETHER, without the huge pressure.

Not throwing them into the media hype / spotlight, for them to be shot at, as England will no doubt fail !!!

True enough, fact is that we should have a boss under 21's but no one gives a sod about it from the FA obviously
