Well, yes. Joel seems to be good last few weeks. But it was not even a half of a season. I am still not sure we can trust him as number one. The thing that I say is that we need another goalkeeper of at least similar ability. And I think that they will want to come here only if we promise them they will get a chance as number one. In the end it does not matter too much. We need to buy a quality goalkeeper no matter what.

i agree butlets not stop there, we need someone better in every position.

Made a few decent save again today, has actually been one of our better players over the last few months, im sure there are members of the squad who can play there position better then Joel can play his, such as Ross and Rom but those players have at times really let us down.
I would like to see Joel startas number one next season, one on one he has been good, with a organised defense I wouldnt be worried at all about Joel being number one next season

If there is going to be a Moshiri-paid upgrade, I think that of goalie will not be a priority.

He is getting better all the time. Meanwhile there are about seven other positions up for grabs.

I would give him next season as #1. We all forget that it took De Gea 2 seasons to be the keeper he is now. His first season he was terrible

He's immense at 1v1s. Stopped about 4 of them in the last two games. I'd wager Timmy even in his prime would have let 2 or 3 of those in.

Has done everything thats been asked of him and been our best player for the last several games. Impressive when you consider the shambles thats in front of him. Really don't understand what else some are expecting. A world class goalkeeper would be sound but theres few of them around

I rate Robles and with a decent well organised defence in front of him this guy could save us millions. Never seems to panic and is now starting to scream at his defence albeit in pidgin English

Did really well yesterday I thought. If he can be at that level every week I'd be happy for him to be a regular starter. Just needs to show that he can do it now.
