Joel Robles

I know everyone will go on about his penno save (and rightly so, it was boss and kept us in the game) but that save in the second half, collecting the fizzed in low cross and holding onto it was just beautiful, that was exactly the type of cross Howard would palm right into the path of an opposition player for an easy tap in.
everything stuck to him. Fantastic keeping.

One goal conceded in 5 games.

Time to stop rattling on about defensive frailties.

As many of us suggested: once we got the Secretary for Defence's arse on the bench and went with Robles the situation was transformed.

shame two seasons were ruined whilst he came to that decision...

Whilst he should have been sacked a long time ago, now that he has finally dropped Howard and finally got us winning again there isn't much point

It was nearly identical but opposite sides from the 3-3 goal against Stoke at home.

Should have been sent off several times...

At least im assuming his "saves" were illegal...

Havent seen anything like them in years.

Even the time when he came for a cross, got there second and the guy headed over I was thinking "if that was Howard he wouldn't have gone for the cross, so the guys would have scored as he wouldn't have been under any pressure."
