Neiler

Player Valuation: £100m
This season we have seen many clubs develop posts of Diretor of Fotball or Technical Director.

Moyesey himself has said that he wants to concentrate on developing a scouting system abroad and identify good foregin talent aborad and at home. I always felt that as a manager Joe Royal got a raw deal when he was manager and given his undoubhted talents in a managerial capacity and his undeniable blueness, i think and would love to see him back at the club in some kind of technical capacity if of course Moyes was in agreement.

What do people think?

I don't like the idea of a Technical Director....Moyes is a very hands on manager by all accounts it wouldn't be wise to appoint unless he was under the direct command of Moyes. So many of these TD's seem to have the same amount if not more input in what goes on in the club as the manager.

there is a place for him at EFC, if its ambassador overseas then thats super. im not sure how wise it would be to do the vogue thing and find him a place where he could tamper with the team/signings/contracts/management...etc.

ROYLE......inept as a manager, only won the fa cup coz he inherited mike walkers team, he ruined us, would never like to see him in any sort of running of this club

I dont even know where to start with that one mate- na im just going to leave it- think you might be a tad wrong on that one!

You have some of the most skewed views on things. Joe Royle inherited Mike Walkers inept squad and fashioned them into the 'Dogs of War' and won the bleedin' Cup!

Mike Walker would have had us relegated!

if we need people to supervise other areas of the club in support of moyes, they should all be subordinate to him & this should be reflected in the positions/titles they're given. the top priority at the club should be the success of the first team, all other activity should be structured so as to support that objective, therefore all the people involved should be working to moyes plan for the club - that way everybody knows who's in charge.
