Obviously the lad has pedigree. But I think he'll struggle with the physicality of the premier league. You only have to look at how de gea struggled initially in the league and he had vidic in front of him. Bravo will have stones.

Guardiola doesn't care whether he's better or not than Hart defensively - he doesn't expect to face too much pressure from teams. All he cares about is dominating possession through technique from front to back.

Bravo will be significantly better at that than Hart.

Okay, shall we think Hart is exactly the GK we need and he will be our marquee signing? When I think of save money, I think of using it to fill a place where we actually need a player.
Yeah but we have barely spent a net penny yet and TV gave us 100m, we should be able to buy 3 or 4 high profile players before we even get close to spending some of Moshi's money and Hart may be the catalyst to start getting them in...
FFP regarding wages is likely to be the only issue that could stop us buying a few big signings,

Signed a six year deal earlier this summer.

He's their first choice and they have no need to sell.

They'd probably factor in a tax cos it's us.

We aren't getting him and he'd take loads of money to get away from Saints.

Not saying we should... I would prefer a cheaper goalie.. But what I'm saying is.... I would hate to spend 30m on hart... Because I believe a) we don't NEED a keeper ... And b) for 30m I am sure we could get a better one than him

Well that means that he just hoofs the ball and Bravo and Neuer playing it to the nearest defender. But that's probably down to the managers philosophy, maybe Pellegrini wanted him to just send it long but I'm not too sure about that since I haven't really watched how City did that last season.

In isolation each save is not world class, but in one game that's pretty superb, a few really good ones in there too and in light of the opponent, that's a hell of a performance, and one we would still be talking about in many years time if it was for us.

Bloody hell. I read about that game but thought it was probably exaggerated. They should have lost by a cricket score.
