We had Howard all of last year and people moaned, we now maybe getting England's 'best' keeper on loan and everyone's moaning... I give up!

If we had Neur people would probably still moan that he didn't get enough assists or something.

Is he better, or is he just the default #1 because he played for City? I'd wager Butland and Forster might be the better keepers for England. They just don't play for the media clubs.
 
Hurry up and sign Joe. He's a winner. Will improve us no end. Even if that's in the dressing room then so be it. We need more players who have won things as it will inspire the others.

I think he will, thing is he is stuck here as he wont want to give that England jersey up, and if he goes abroad I think he will lose it. We are his best option as a side to play for. For that reason we can low ball both the player and the club on the offer.
 

I really don't care if he is sound or not a bell or not he is a better keeper than the two lads we have so that makes us a better team.
