Yes.

He's a total nobhead.

If I was in a pub having a few pints with mates and he joined us, I'd be drinking up pretty sharpish and leaving.

Be honest, would you want to spend ten minutes in his company?

I don't want egotistical bells like him at Everton.
Genuinely, I'm not arsed about them as people. If I were I'd despise Lukaku, KM, Funes Mori, Besic etc.

I like all of the above (apart from the Bosnian jarg 'enforcer') because they are talented footballers.

I'd like to win something other than the "Goodwill Cup" in the next 20 years. Biting racists aside, if we have to have a couple of over confident footballers to get success, who cares?

I think after one game watching him take
It's different obviously - but the principle is the same.

He's a massive belter. I like our players to be a bit different than your average poo for brains footballer. Think Jagielka, Baines and formerly, Naismith.

I would feel dirty cheering on Joe Hart.

I like to win trophies.

At least I think i'd like it. I've never seen it. I've just spent 20 years watching rubbish "different than your average poo for brains" footballers lying down and surrendering at the first possible opportunity.

Each to their own though, chief.

Are we now at the stage that we need to assess their personality as well as their football ability and their professionalism.
I have never really taken much notice of Hart. He was a City player and looked as if that was the way it would stay.
From playing against us or from watching snippets of City games on television he never stood out as a good person or a bad person...just a very good competent goalkeeper.
I do not understand this dislike of him , but then we have seen dislike against Gueye and Bolasie before they signed as well

He'd never come here in a million years. His ego is planet size. probably holding out for an elite CL team to rescue him from his rightful place on the bench.

Hopefully Koeman is waiting for this Olympics to end and sort out Timo Horn.

Yessssss! @davek has his next scapegoat lined up already. Don't think that position has been adequately filled with him since Naismith left, so we should all be very encouraged by these Joe Hart links.

Mancini sussed him out years ago and what was his reaction? Totally ignored his manager, publicly stating he'll listen to advice from his friends instead. That tells you something in itself. Anyway most footyfans couldn't care less as long as he's good. But he's not though is he.
For me,hes better than Robles. Stelkenburg was superb last weekend but an old fella coming from Fulham says that that was probably a one off. So yeah I'd take him but I wouldn't be doing cartwheels about it. He's been prone to massive blunders for ages now so i doubt that'll change. He won't want to come anyway. In his eyes he's one of the best in the whole wide world. Lol

But then listed 3 that we have now....wasn't totally convincing either way really.

Nope, very hard to tell wasn't it?

Think he then said something about a decision to be made. Pure speculation but may mean a decision on whether Stek is first choice or not. If not maybe 1 goes out (probably Joel) for us to get Hart (or someone else) in.

Keeping us guessing anyway.
