Pep didn't like his attitude.
Whether this is true or not, the rumours about Hart leaving started before Pep had even taken over and presumably before he had met Hart
Had been in some poor form towards the back end of last season and carried that over into the Euros.
To me, there is no keeper we could realistically get in England that I'd rather have. Butland is arguable, but I've seen him have a few mares as well and you're really buying potential rather than the player he right now as Hart is the better keeper of the two right at this moment
Someone mentioned Hart's presence in the dressing room and not being a yes man as to why Pepsi wanted rid. If that's true, that only strengthens the argument to bring him here IMO - we have been lacking leaders. Williams signing was a huge step forward on that front and Hart would be another.
Think too many people are writing Hart off on the basis of some poor form and the fact that he comes across as a bit of a nob sometimes. He would be an enormous, enormous upgrade on what we have and on loan (preferably with an option to buy) would be ideal on the small possibility that his recent poor form is the start of a real decline rather than a temporary blip
