Every election is a reaction to the previous incumbent. It’s not unfair to say on some level as small or big Trump is a byproduct of neoliberal corporatism. Obama, Joe.. Hill-dawwg. Obama lied and disillusioned people who bought some of his left wing anti war and pro working class rhetoric had to look to racist Trump. In 2016 he won historically Tory Democrat stronghold states like Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania after making multiple trips in to appeal to working class voters. How fooked up and disillusioned do you have to be from buying into Obama’s Spiel cloaking his Tory Demness to listen to what Trump has to say and think. ‘I’m a lefty and This guy is bigoted and not a politician but I’m sick of being bent over. And this Hill-dawg seems even more transparent

You seem to think we are close to super progressive socialism but i have to tell you people like Sanders won't win not at least until quite a lot changes and that has nothing to do with just the left. Americans don't like that word both left and right.
Sanders needs the Democrats he always did. This nonsense that abe, you and other have said that he didn't has become self evident in his defeat to Biden.
Many of us like Sanders but he refused to play ball. You can't walk in and simply think you are going to change things and at the same time belittle those around you like he did.
We all wanted someone other than Biden. But if he's what the majority want well it has to be him for now.

We have to decide who we want Trump or Biden. Most of us simply won't vote for Trump. It still doesn't change how progressive we may be or how much we want change.

The difference between Biden and Trump is that Biden will fill key positions and listen to his fellow democrat. At least with that things might get back to normal
