Neither of the cases would ever have got anywhere at a trial but if they were each called as a witness Blasey Ford would likely have been more persuasive to a jury - middle class, professional, considered speech and less background issues the prosecution could have raised to attack her veracity. But in terms of evidence I’d say Reade‘s was much stronger as imo there was a clear case of harassment at least.
Likely both guilty in my opinion. The world isn’t full of women making false claims about male behaviour, it’s full of males believing they can have what they want. I like to think times are different now but the same stories and allegations keep getting rolled out.
It does happen I’m sure but imo vastly swamped by the number of women who don’t report. And given how unless you are a “perfect victim” it can still be framed
