Hats off to the Leeds board for taking decisive action, their Nottingham Forest moment was our Bournemouth moment but we dithered and fannied about whilst dropping vital points !!!
And it was a clever decision as I am sure the manager helped in convicting those new signings to join the club during the window...might have been different if there wasn't a manager.
 
@TheBigIguana big oil wasn’t Marsch your pick for the Everton job back in his Leipzig days?
I'd still have him over our last three managers. I'm not sure he's a good manager but he is fine enough. Reminds me a bit of Marco Silva getting sacked here. I doubt he turns it around because you don't usually get second chances like that. But I truly believe Leeds can do worse as we did post-Silva.

For the best anyway. Get him home to manage the US.

He’s no better than Lampard except Lampard seems like a nice guy. he’s just a massive helmet.
