Maybe crippling the lads confidence wouldn't have been wise. Especially on the back of a horror season for him.

It's very obvious he isn't up the speed/needs time. He barely got a kick all last season and the Premier League is quicker again.

Spurs and even the 10 mins today - looks like he needs too long on the ball.

Think he'll start again in the cup.

Yup as he should mate. He also needs to be played in position as well, not stuck out wide for a few minutes here or there - which is literally exactly what Napoli did to him.

Yeah he scored today but McNeil isn't a number 10, Dyche picking him ahead of two lads who actually are and shove both produced in the past in that role is driving me insane.

Then again the sheer knowledge that we have a player in McNeil who is literally undroppable and unsubable no matter how he's playing, how we have to move other players out of position to fit him in, or how knackered he is just makes me wonder what dirt he has on Dyche from Burnley 😂

Same with Harrison. I just don't see what he brings to the table

Should be absolutely fuming with his advisors. Pretty obvious given how lightweight he is, but fair to say Dyche had no input whatsoever in this one. Doesn’t even know his first name.

I remember when Pienaar signed for us after a really poor season at Dortmund and he took a couple of months to bed in. That won't happen with Lindstrom. Dyche won't give him the opportunity and most depressingly there's no support in the starting XI to build his confidence. Backs to the wall relegation dogfight stuff is never going to bring out the best in any player struggling for confidence.

How do clubs end up like this. I cant imagine for one second Dyche was interested in lindstrom. Its another thelwel deal. Have we got a DOF and a manager on completely different wavelengths. It does come across that way.
Dyche wants 11 jack harrisons.

We keep throwing in players into hopeless situations and it’s kind of hard to build up steam. Ndiaye looked doo doo when he came in late as a sub in the same scenarios. The manager is creating a toxic atmosphere for the players and I am concerned the longer he is here. We really needed to pull one of the last two off. Should have taken both.
