Jelavic vs Demba Ba

Jelavic for a large number of reasons - but the most important of which include he has suffered fewer serious injuries over his career compared to Ba and he's not hindered by the ACN.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have Ba at Everton alongside Jelavic but if I had to choose one, without my blue tinted specs on I'd still say Jelavic.

Jelavic as I reckon he's more technically gifted than Ba, and he's bossiest slotter I've seen in a long time, he just seems classier than Ba.

Ba is cheaper on the back of a shirt though.

Not sure if Ba would have the same impact at EFC that Jelly has had. Ba seems the type of player that will come n go throughout a season, Jelly seems more consistent and gives 100% every game. He'd score 30 if we could put in a few more quality crosses ( yes i'm taling to you Seamus / Hibbo / Neville )...

Jelavic is blatantly a far cooler dude and I'd always go for a beer with him if they both asked me. This is maybe the best way to judge who is best. Having said that Jelavic is defo the better footballer he gildes around better than Ba. Ba has to put more effort in to reach the same standard.

I predict here and now that Ba will have another post January slump, cause a load of sh1t, and will be sold to Fenebache in the summer.

I also predict that Cisse will not have a good season

you heard it here first

I think thaye are both of similar ability, so I'm gonna go Jelavic, and that is pretty much entirely down to attitude. Jelavic suits us better than Ba.

Two different types of strikers. But Jelavic has a better conversion rate. It's something ridiculous like a goal every 2 shots or something.

Ba scores great goals, is quicker and he was moved to wing so Cisse could be their main striker so he had a streak of games without goals, but Jelavic is a great striker who can finish with left foot, right foot, head and is ice cold in front of the goal and he works a lot for the team. I think he and Mirallas are gona be great as a main striker and Mirallas behind him playing with freedom
