As I thought in December when Carlo was indicating he's back any time, he's nowhere to be seen and won't be playing games any time in the next months, if indeed ever again for us. Some injury that, career-ender.

Why’s there some sort of conspiracy behind him? It’s very obvious that even if he’s back training he’d be so early on that he wouldn’t be playing for a while. Regular players aren’t fit until about a month into Pre-Season never mind a lad who’s coming back from an awful injury and has not played in a year and a half.
I suspect barring any setbacks he’ll be back in the squad by the end of the month but it truly is pointless rushing him back, I suspect some here just want to see him play while still unfit just so they can say that he’s finished, they just want it confirmed to them. I hope he can come back and be part of the squad because he’s still very young but if he can’t it’s not exactly his own fault and people shouldn’t speculate on that because if it is a case then his career will basically be over before it’s started.

He's in the 25 man squad so it tells me the club are optimistic he will be available at some point. There is nothing to see here apart from a player taking his time in his recovery and the club being extra careful.

Not about an individual employee. Shareholders get very little information other than financial info. If you are the majority or major shareholder then that’s a hit different. But we are actually customers (albeit fanatical ones), not shareholders (well actually I am and others are on here).
