Every diagonal ball looked 2 FT high, silly free kicks given away.

Looked clumsy and passing was miles off.

He made the most successful passes (38) on our team. 21 of those were in Watford's half - again the most successful amount in the side. His passing accuracy was down at 65% but he attempted the most forward passes. Made 3 tackles (second behind Bernard with 4), 4 clearances, 1 interceptions and gained possession on 4 occasions.

Covered 9.77k, clocked our highest speed at 35.41 km/h.

Really good first hour, faded late on, still looked generally off the pace. Some shocking touches and passes along with moments of brilliance - hard one to read.

He'll come good, positive so far for me (based on today compared to last week - he's shown he's learning).

Stats mean nothing lid. Did you watch it? He looked clumsy at times. Maybe with more confidence we'll see a bit of finesse but the jury's still out.

Not bothered about stats. They can all be twisted. I just know you see different things going to the actual game, compared to you posting mid game on the forum.

A couple of thoughts. Seemed much improved over last week. Still not good enough yet. But if he keeps his current level of progress he will be there in just a few weeks.
