I was going to say the same. Offensively and defensively Gana beats him in every criteria bar two: 'attempted' dribbles per game and chances created per game.
The latter is only be 0.1 per 90 minutes as well, so in reality it's pretty much equal. If you compared them simply on those, then it doesn't look great at all.
Nevertheless, he's been playing for a different team and Gana improved over time with us (not the same as he was at Villa), so let's not jump on the criticisms.
