this is just a minor detail in a series of blunders by the everton board.
this trip to indonesia was destined to failure from the start,the management at everton had a similar trip
to ghana lined up a couple of years ago,which also turned in a last minute cancelation farce,

i think on this occasion its the fault of both sides,
