It's the other way round, I don't see N'diaye as a top 4 player, just slightly below in my opinion.

Not a wild thing to be convinced about I think. We’d be in top 4 contention. That’s not to say we are a top 4 calibre team but would be benefitting from the league being generally pants this season.

You get a better Tarkwoski and Mykolenko when Branthwaite plays. Keane just sows confusion and panic. Even in his distribution, I’ve seen games where he’s sliced a ball out of play under no pressure and it’s just spread like a virus round the team with a litany of errors starting. Branthwaite just exudes calm confidence and that spreads.

He's the man and his effect on the team is as expected. We play higher, are less vulnerable on the transition, and are better on the ball.

One wonders where we'd be if he'd been fit all year?

Has to be worth 5-10 points when the counterfactual is Kegman and the 20+ extra goals we concede over the course of a season when starts (or so the stats indicate)
