January Transfer Window 2026

Oh ok so we should sell Ndaiye for the same reason as Marseille did, right?

What a bizarre way to not answer a question.

Its just become a bit silly really to constantly parrot the same thing which is obvious.

A more interesting question would be why we signed Rohl based on his injury history.

Based on Zatara logic we should sell Branthwaite as his injury record is actually worse than Rohls.

Well he's not looking too clever injury wise either is he?

Yet he's a proven top quality player who we've only had an outlay of £750k on.

That becomes an interesting question if a large offer came in for him.

Strikers from European clubs are gonna cost though, I mean in an ideal world Id like us to be chasing a Pavlidis or someone of that ilk but you are talking big money. We still need to try and create more in certain games, just keep at it, would help with proper full backs of course.
Agreed. I said earlier, and I know this won't be a popular opinion, that if we can't sign a genuinely decent forward for whatever reason then I'd rather use our resources to buy quality players in other positions. With the exception of Man City, teams are relying less on goals from their forwards anyway. Spending decent, if not huge, money on substandard forwards every couple of years is a false economy, imo.

I wouldn't be surprised if offers still come in for him but Id be shocked if they are as large as some on here seem to think.

Probably yeah, I doubt the club even have him earmarked as a potential sale for 2026 - he's just signed a new contract and will be at the bottom of his market value with an injury hit season.

Ndiaye will be the one they're thinking about if they want a big injection of cash next summer as that would be selling at top of market value, especially if he has a banger AFCON.

All I want for Christmas is a right back who is not injury prone and can run fast and put in a decent cross

The mail saying United want Garner and a number of other sites picking it up but quoting the mail.

Hopefully just his agent leaking rumours to the mail.

Same sites mentioning Mainoo potentially coming to us. I wonder if there may be something in it with Moyes perhaps having the desire to show united what they missed and turn him into a top player.

2 different players though, Mainoo couldn't sit in Garners role.
