January Transfer Window 2026

Gallagher linked with spurs and villa...shame that..him and kdh as no.8's with Garner at no.6 would have been a very talented and combative middle.
It does make me laugh that we are on the bones of our arse for player availability and when we play Villa at the weekend, who have a brilliant squad and are absolutely flying, they are likely going to have another excellent player added to their ranks.

Meanwhile, at Everton . . .

Remember loads on here saying we should sign Donkey Diaz.

Hyping him up like they did with AIDS McGeady and Nate " The Great " Patto
Oh this is most interesting! Might you perhaps be able to link some of those wild endorsements to the failed Championship striker please, it’s good for the forum that our best scout NSNOers in here are committed to accuracy. Im sure they’d welcome it.

…yep, not a good start for the Transfer Committee including Moyes for his part. Certainly wouldn’t fill you with confidence in any of them.

I have 0% confidence in any of them. Summer was a chance to show that we'd learned from previous years mistakes, yet looks like we've done exactly the same and purchased players who don't fit our way of playing and their value would be going down by the week as things stand.

We've been left so short in positions yet players who were signed have still been given limited minutes which means the manager doesn't believe they've been match ready to make an impact.

It just looks like a sorry mess and a waste of money and no different to the last 8/9 seasons.

Would have no problem sending Dibling out on loan next season.

I'd send him on loan now tbh mate, to try and salvage the investment we have made
As soon as Illy is back, he'll be behind him and Mcneil and wouldn't be surprised if Moyes would rather use Alcaraz on the right.

Try and get him some minutes, see what's going on with him and if it really is just confidence and pressure of price tag getting to him. I'd try and ensure though that it's a club based in the Northwest and not back to somewhere like Southampton as that would be the easy thing to do.
