January Transfer Window 2026

Bowen will go down the West Ham and bounce them back up after scoring 50 goals in the championship. He'll be like Del Piero when Juve dropped.

Love him as a player but i honestly think he's staying there until he retires.
With the World Cup looming, and it likely being his last chance at his age, I’d say there’s a very good chance of him jumping ship in January. He needs to be playing regularly in a decent side to keep at the forefront of Tuchels thoughts.

Welcome Jim.

I thought Thelwell did a great job considering what he had to work with. I was surprised they didnt give him the summer window with an actual budget to see what he could do.

When you haven't permanently got a dark cloud hovering over you, you can suddenly see things differently, the Positives over the Negatives..

He already got me when he signed Garner, but than you get stuck in the rut of a crumbling club, that his other work/signings get overshadowed.

I'd shake his hand now..

Dont think Tuchel cares about regular game time. He picked Rashford and Hendo when they were barely doing anything. He'll have his players.

if bowen was made available moyrs would tell tfg to throw everything at him

he’d play cf and score hatfuls

lad can do it all, was very impressed by his goodison performance last march . everything stuck to him and he matched branthwaite and tarkowski physically

Yes i said this last week.

Though with the rumours of West Ham looking at Beto, i wonder if they made an enquiry and we asked about Bowen.

That was the end of it until the summer.

Danny Dyer and his mates will threaten him

You don't want these showing up at your door!

Just can’t see Bowen for multiple reasons

He’ll burn any ‘legend’ status he has at the club if he leaves in the middle of a relegation battle

His family is down there

The West Ham owners would spark a riot if they sold him

He’d be expensive and the wrong age profile for Everton who recently showed their strategy by investing in Dibling Aznou Barry Alcaraz Rohl.

Right now though there’ll be a lad in the championship who will be the next Bowen and he’ll come up with a newly promoted team or get bought by a bottom half team and in a few seasons we’ll all be saying why didn’t we buy x player. Well now is the time to buy him instead of Bowen.

The good thing about Moyes is he’ll know the championship better than absolutely anyone and if there’s talent in there we’ll be in for it, as he seems to trust that league as a development ground for players much more than any others.

It’s a good strategy to follow and one I’ve wanted the club to pursue for a long time since Moyes left. We can compete for very good championship players whereas lots of players abroad in the top leagues abroad can get European football if they stay where they are or will wait until a CL club from the prem comes in for them. Fofana being a prime example. Dibling was a much more sensible and achievable buy for us who i think will end up being a much more valuable asset than Fofana.

You think Bowen who is an England international will stay with West Ham if they get relegated

He has a World Cup this summer and then potentially the euros in 2 years

Why would he stay with a championship club and jeopardise his England opportunity

No brainer to go for Bowen in the summer if West Ham go down
