The fact that he does his best work in the central midfield position?
what running around? i’ve not seen anything atall to even think he’d be good at us
The fact that he does his best work in the central midfield position?
We didn't sign him when he was unproven. Now he has shown he can't cut it in the Premier League I foresee a £50m bid...
I would hope so but we spent a lot this summer. I have no idea if large net spends are sustainable and we still have a lot of holes in the squad.Isnt it the plan to have JB and OBrien as the ideal couple for the next season? Tarks would be a decent backup for them. Keane does very good this season, lets see how that evolves. Next summer will be all about getting RB/LB sorted, a replacement for Gana Gueye and fix the strikerstatus if Barry and/or Beto still fall short. I think that's basically our entire budget. If JB goes, its a different story ofc.
And lets hope Armstrong develops nicely!
That Philogene is still looking a
talent..
So you have 60 million net spend... next summer net spend. How do you solve
- ST
- RB
- CM
- LB
Sell Beto and McNeil for say 20 each?
Yeah, your prob right, to good for championship but that might be his highest peak, you'd think someone would take the chance tho.And still looks like he can only do it in the Champs.

Didn't Villa just use him for PSR reasons..
I’m not sure we’d get anywhere near that for him at the moment to be honest. Its a point...a 65million (?) release clause is cheap on todays figures tbh
Oh hi, Ross’s agent! Not to be negative, but I'm starting to think Branthwaite is waiting it out till January so someone pays the release clause.
Was injured on August 15th, was meant to be out for 4 weeks, Moyes said on August 22nd that he was getting there but not quite ready yet, now here we are two months later, and Moyes is talking about getting him back on grass in the coming weeks.
If I wasn't an Evertonian I probably wouldn't be so cynical, but....
He doesn't have a release clause, IMO.Not to be negative, but I'm starting to think Branthwaite is waiting it out till January so someone pays the release clause.
