Not in anyway in the know but earwigged a conversation in which it was said CB was one of our priorities. I wasn’t involved in the conversation but at least one of the people was close to the club.

Wasn’t sure what to make of it but there does seem to be a few links .

Nathan Ake was linked in the summer before Ait Nouri's injury.

Ake 30 is out of contract 2026 and earns
160k per annum.

Branthwaite has since signed a new deal, so probably a replacement for Keane long term.

The Bobble has said we did make enquiries about Zirkzee, not sure when this was but I presume it wasn’t that long ago. I wouldn’t want him, if it’s a last minute loan end of Jan for another player who can play up front, fair enough.
But it’s really worrying if Moyes and the recruitment team, think he’s worth paying actual money for
